Dear Havoc Fans,
THANK YOU ALL FOR A GREAT SEASON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The booster club met and exceeded it's three main goals for the year. Membership is growing and participation is terrific. We are looking forward to another great season in 2013-2014, but we must first take a short break to re-energize for next season. Enjoy your summer...if you are like me though...you will be counting the days until training camp by the first of August.
Next season we will have our meetings on the first Wednesday of each month, starting in September.
For those of you who may be thinking of joining the fun next year, please read the following:
Our mission as a booster club is to support the entire team and staff. We have a lot of fun in the process and also get to know the players through interaction off the ice during our numerous events.
We have three major social events during the year with the players: meet the team dinner in October, Christmas party in December, and the end of season party in March or April. All three events are exclusive to Booster Club members. We also have player birthday celebrations at our monthly membership meetings which are held at 7:15 PM on the first Wednesday of the month at the Wellness Center. Other events are being planned. We also have several fund raising events during the year that the players attend.
Our off ice support for the players includes training camp breakfasts, post game meals, bus food, apartment support and much more.
